Learning from Leading Companies: An Immersive Experience in the Appeal of Lean Management

On the morning of March 20, the Jinhui Graphite team visited the Haomao Group’s cultural exhibition hall and standardized production workshop, where they observed firsthand practical scenarios such as lean production processes, 7S on-site management, equipment operation and maintenance, and company-wide innovation and improvement initiatives. From the clean, tidy, and clearly labeled workshop layout to the standardized and orderly material flow; from meticulous daily equipment inspections and maintenance to company-wide initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvement—every detail demonstrated the management expertise of a benchmark enterprise, leaving the study tour participants deeply impressed and greatly enriched.
