On the afternoon of March 20, Everyone listened attentively as Haomao Group shared its experiences in implementing lean management, enhancing the overall competence of all employees, upholding safety red lines, and practical cost-saving and efficiency-boosting measures. They took detailed notes on advanced management methods and efficient operational models. Regarding key issues such as the implementation of 7S assessments in workshops, fostering a culture where everyone can innovate, and cultivating a sense of responsibility among all employees, they humbly sought advice and engaged in in-depth discussions to resolve bottlenecks and challenges in daily management, thereby absorbing replicable and actionable management “insights.”
Following the immersive observation of Haomao Group’s lean production site on the first day, on March 21, the Jinhui Graphite Group study tour team moved on to the core curriculum, which was packed with practical insights. Focusing on two key areas—decoding Haomao’s growth strategy and practical implementation—the team conducted an in-depth analysis of the benchmark enterprise’s business philosophy and management system. By transforming advanced concepts into actionable and implementable management methods, they injected strong momentum into the company’s efforts to improve quality and enhance efficiency.
Moving forward, Jinhui Graphite will use this study tour as an opportunity to:
Deepen the implementation of 7S management: Align with industry benchmarks and refine the assessment criteria for sorting, straightening, sweeping, cleaning, discipline, safety, and saving in the workshop, thereby creating a tidy, standardized, and efficient production environment;
Strengthen lean management: Draw on advanced practices to improve equipment inspection and maintenance, staff responsibilities, and the morning meeting review mechanism, using refined management to reduce costs and enhance efficiency;
Uphold safety as the top priority: firmly establish the principle of “safety first,” integrate safety controls into the entire production process, and fortify the safety defense line;
Motivate the entire workforce: put the philosophy of “everyone can innovate” into practice, mobilize all employees to actively participate in management improvements and quality enhancement, and unite efforts for corporate development.

This study tour organized by Haomao Group has provided Jinhui Graphite with an excellent platform for learning from advanced practices and exchanging ideas to drive improvement, while further clarifying the direction for upgrading corporate management and enhancing quality and efficiency.
